Refund Policy
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
At Starke Sound, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy to return it — no hassle, no runaround.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
- The product itself shows no physical damage or cosmetic wear
- The item is in a condition suitable for Open box resale
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Eligible Regions
We currently accept returns from customers located in:
- Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories)
- European Union member countries
We are unable to process returns from other regions at this time.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at service@starkesound.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us at service@starkesound.com as soon as possible. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at service@starkesound.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
