Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:
- Both the product and its original packaging must be in good, undamaged condition
- damage to the product or packaging will result in the return being rejected

Return Process:
- Contact us first: Before returning any item, please email us at service@starkesound.com
- We can generate a shipping label for you, or you may choose your own preferred carrier
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products with signs of damage
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day window

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days. We will not charge any fee of returning order

Return Policy - Geographic Restrictions

We only accept returns from the following regions:

  • Continental United States
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union

For All Other Regions: Orders from other countries and regions are not eligible for returns. However, if you experience any product quality issues, we will provide replacement parts service.
